TAESAN’s Modacrylic Blended FR fabrics are developed using inherently flame-resistant modacrylic fibers combined with selected high-performance fibers such as aramid and conductive fibers. The modified fiber structure helps provide permanent flame-resistant performance, while aramid enhances strength and conductive fibers support effective static dissipation.

When exposed to heat or flame, the fabric is designed to promote rapid carbonization and form a protective char layer that helps reduce heat transfer and flame spread. Depending on the specification, the blended system can also provide improved thermal stability, dimensional stability, durability, and wearer comfort for demanding industrial environments.

DD1 Twill FR welding protective fabric is designed to meet the stringent safety standards of the welding and metalworking industries, utilizing materials that meet industry standards.
Flame Retardant: Compliant with EN ISO 11611, it effectively protects against arcs, metal splashes, and short-term heat exposure. Modal and carbon fiber ensure permanent flame retardancy, even after repeated washings.
Abrasion and Tear Resistance: The polyimide (PI) and nylon components in the fabric provide enhanced abrasion and tear resistance, effectively extending the life of the garment.

Engineered with a multi-fiber blend, the fabric combines flame resistance, thermal protection, durability and wearer comfort in a balanced construction. The addition of anti-static fiber further supports protection in electrically sensitive working environments, making QFU-04A well suited for protective garments used in high-risk electrical operations.

ArcPro fabric made with advanced flame retardant fibers and multi-layer laminating technology, which provide excellent thermal protection against electric arcs (ATPV/ELIM) in accordance with EN 61482-1-2 (Box Test) and EN 61482-1-1 (Open Arc Test) standards. 
Our fabrics not only protect against the high temperatures and flames caused by electric arcs, preventing burns and melt drips but also have good anti-static properties, reducing the risk of secondary electric shocks.
