Inherently Flame-Resistant Knits provide final barrier next to skin.

Very comfortable and breathable Inerently FR knits combined with anti-bacteria, insect-proof, cut-resistant. With various options on weight and construction, for summer polo shirt, winter underwear, knitted collars and hoods, etc. The knits could be incorporated into the garments to improve flexibility and heat control funtion. ENISO 11612-NFPA70E-ASTMF 1959-NFPA 2112- EN 388-ANSI/ISEA 105-2011 compliant.

Burn Performance InfinitaeTM ARC 230

The UL Lab test show that TAESAN Skin Armor performances excellently under Mannequin test. The 2nd/ 3nd Burn Rate is only 16.12%, lower than the required 50%. Under the test, the Mannequin with heat sensors is surrounded by 12 propane burners with a bright flame at termperatures of 1,450 to 1,650 degrees. The flame exposure time is 3second.

Comfotable

Lenzing FR is more comfortable than the aramid fibers. The aramid fabrics are tough.And the Lenzing FR fibers are Soft.

Eco Friendly Fiber

The lenzing FR is a green fibers with 0 carbon emission. On the other hand, the aramid is chemical fiber and the cotton planting cost lots of water.

Good color fastness

Lenzing FR has good color fastness against the aramid fibers. Specially, The light blue color maintain the true color after month.
The aramid light blue shirt will be fading quickly.

Differentiation

  • Cost efficient.
  • It is a workwear with the experience similar to casual wear. The aramid garment like the old style workwear tens of years ago.
  • Better FR performance, the lenzing FR has better char length performance under NFPA 2112.
  • Lenzing FR garment don’t shrink after fire. So, it is more easier to take off after flame risk.
  • Pilling performance of Lenzing FR is better, which is 3/4. The Pilling of aramid is 1/2.
