INFINITAE FR knitted fabrics are developed with inherently flame-resistant fibers such as meta-aramid, FR viscose, modacrylic and other high-performance blends, providing durable protection through repeated laundering and long-term use.
Knitted for Comfort and Movement
Unlike conventional woven fabrics, knitted constructions offer greater softness, flexibility and natural stretch, allowing garments to move more comfortably with the body.
Their breathable structure also helps improve airflow and moisture management, making TAESAN FR knits well suited for base layers, underwear, polo shirts, T-shirts, fleece garments, softshells and other protective clothing worn for extended periods.
Versatile Fabric Options
TAESAN offers a broad range of knitted constructions, from lightweight fabrics for inner layers and summer garments to heavier fleece and insulating fabrics for colder environments.
Available fiber combinations include modacrylic, Lenzing FR, aramid, cotton, Tencel, wool, nylon and polyester, allowing each construction to be tailored for protection, warmth, comfort, durability and cost.
Arc Protection
Selected knitted constructions incorporating para-aramid and other high-performance fibers can provide enhanced protection against arc-related thermal hazards and may be developed for ATPV and/or ELIM performance.
Durability and Easy Care
Specialized finishing can improve anti-pilling performance, surface durability and dimensional stability, helping knitted fabrics retain their appearance and comfort through repeated washing and regular use.
